Terms of Service

By using ksmmodel.com or running a KSM™ Lite scan, you agree to these Terms with Muse Platforms, Inc. ("Muse," "we," "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The KSM™ AI Visibility Score crawls a public URL you provide, computes deterministic scores per the KSM™ model, and renders an AI-generated narrative report. The report is an informational benchmark. It is not legal, financial, marketing, or investment advice.

• Submit only URLs you have the right to audit.
• Don't probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass the service.
• Don't use the service to violate anyone's rights or applicable law.
• Don't resell, white-label, or rebrand the report without a written agreement with Muse.

KSM™ and the KSM™ model are trademarks and the proprietary work of Dr. Anthony Q. Bowen, licensed to Muse. The site, scoring engine, prompts, and report layouts are owned by Muse. You retain ownership of the URL content and any inputs you submit. You may share the report you receive for your own company in unmodified form, with attribution.

The service relies on third-party processors (hosting, AI inference, email). Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCORES OR NARRATIVES ARE ERROR-FREE OR THAT FOLLOWING THE RECOMMENDATIONS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

You agree to defend and indemnify Muse against any claim arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected abuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
